Horsemed SA Online store is run by Morphettville Equine Clinic at Glengowrie SA. The purpose of Horsemed SA Online store is to provide easy access to veterinary supplies and equipment to our valued clients.

By using the online store you agree to the following terms and conditions listed below.

The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Horsemed SA. It is the user’s responsibility to check and review the Terms and Conditions. By placing an order using the Horsemed SA Online shop you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions provided. By using the Online Store you are agreeing to do so at your own risk.

All product information provided on the Online Store is reliable and accurate at the time of publishing, however, it is the customer’s responsibility to read and familiarise themselves with any and all product information provided with each product(s) purchased.

Horsemed SA is not liable under any circumstances, for any damages or indirect consequential damages due to the misuse of any of the products purchased through the Online Store.

Horsemed SA has the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time at their discretion. Refunds will be issued on cancelled or refunded orders. Depending on the Customers banking institution, refunds can take 1-3 days to be processed.

Prices, product availability, and promotions can change at any time without notice at the discretion of Horsemed SA. Any errors will be corrected by Horsemed SA at our earliest convenience.

Items that require a prescription cannot be purchased without uploading a current prescription.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing, packing, and dispatching of items take 1-4 days. In some cases item(s) may be shipped the same day. The online store cannot ship any orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays. All items are sent via Australia Post and are tracked. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers via email once the item(s) have been dispatched.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Prices are calculated through Australia Post.

If any item(s) are received and appear to have been damaged in transit, please take photos of the damaged item(s) immediately and email through to briony@horsemedsa.com. Horsemed SA will assess the photos and if the item(s) are deemed to be damaged in transit, Horsemed will replace the item(s) at no cost to the customer. Horsemed SA will supply a shipping bag for the damaged item(s), once the item(s) have been returned, the replacement will be shipped.

If the customer is unsatisfied with the item(s) provided or would like to return the item(s), the Customer may return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase. The item(s) must be returned with proof of purchase and in brand new condition, unopened and unused. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping for the item(s).

Payment Methods

Horsemed SA Online accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Credit card payments will not incur any surcharges. All payments are processed through NAB transact.
